About Jennifer –

As an award-winning communications strategist with 20 years’ experience, Jennifer works closely with every client to define corporate brand and messages, and ensure the programs clearly align with business objectives. She leverages her experience for clients as a financial journalist. She honed her expertise in marketing and communications at Chicago-based consulting firms and corporations.

She formerly was the director, corporate communications for Corn Products International, Inc. (NYSE:CPO) one of the world’s leading corn refining and ingredient companies. She was responsible for corporate and international communications, including branding, marketing, Web | Intranet, regulatory and legal requirements, and public affairs.

She served as Senior Vice President of Summit Consulting Group, Inc., responsible for corporate practice area including marketing communications, media relations, financial and investor relations, crisis communications, consumer marketing, corporate communications and employee relations.

Prior to that, she was a founding partner for Chicago Brewing Company, and senior vice president of sales and marketing. She was responsible for P&L, strategic marketing and sales planning, national distribution, product positioning, new product development, packaging, advertising and marketing communications.

She also served as President of Financial Communicators, Inc. and Vice President of Financial Shares Corporation, both financial communication and public relations firms. She started her career as a reporter. She rose to the position of chief financial reporter for Knight Ridder Financial News.

Jennifer has a BA in journalism from Michigan State University and postgraduate studies in finance from the Kogod College of Business Administration, American University, Washington, D.C. She has advanced certificates for Professional Sales, Marketing and Distribution; Export Marketing, Sales and Operations; and Market Products Worldwide from the University of California; Interaction Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and Writing for Business from the Wharton School of Business.

About Tien –

Tien is an award-winning art director and is responsible for leading Concentre’s creative services activities and oversees concept development, graphic design, Website design and development, print, e-media, photo art direction and press checks. She brings more than 15 years of experience to your team. She joined the company as an art director.

In the last few years, Tien has broken new ground by creating interactive mediums for our clients. She is a certified HTML developer with fundamental knowledge of Web development using HTML, XHTML and CSS, and provides clients 100 percent open standards W3C-compliant code e-mails.

Prior to joining the company, Tien held many positions of responsibility for concept, print and development of marketing communications to generate interest, awareness and increase sales, including a wide variety of marketing projects including print, packaging, signage, fleet graphics, e-mail design, promotional design, photo shoot management, photo styling, art direction and print production management.

In her previous position, Tien was art director for Room & Board, Inc. and Retrospect furniture stores, including mail order, e-mail, corporate materials, assuring a level of design integrity consistent with the corporate design philosophies and brand strategy.

She started her career as a graphic designer for Crystal Cabinet Works, Inc., the nation’s second largest custom cabinet manufacturer. Her projects ranged from creation of complete identity programs to concept and in-house design of advertising, trade show displays, market collateral and promotional materials.

Tien has a BA degree in graphic design from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. She is a certified W3C developer, using HTML, XHTML and CSS.

About Gail –

Gail has been an art director here since 1993. Recognized for her creative design abilities, She is our Interactive Conductor. Gail has won numerous regional and national awards from renowned organizations such as Madison Advertising Federation, American Advertising Federation and Supon Design Group. Her work can also be seen in Great Design, Computers in Art and Design and Aldus Magazine.

In the last four years, Gail has broken new ground by creating content management Websites and other interactive mediums for our clients. Her experience also includes many successful integrated campaigns in many print formats including online and print.

Gail has an AD in commercial art from Madison Area Technical College. She is a certified W3C developer, using HTML, XHTML and CSS.

About Kate –

Kate has more than 20 years of experience in office management. As our office manager, Kate is involved in many aspects of agency business. Her many responsibilities include account tracking, office and account management, proofreading and accounts payable and receivable.

She is a certified proofreader and expert in English grammar.

Her pleasant disposition, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accurate record keeping are part of the foundation that makes our company successful.

She is project- and deadline-oriented and a strong team player.
